Tattooandpiercingsupplies.com.au recognise waiting for your order to arrive can become frustrating.

To ensure you recieve your items as soon as possible, orders are posted the     same day. If your order is made after 3pm your item will be sent the next business day from when your order was placed.

In some rare cases when we are overwhelmed with orders and have sold out of an item, our customers will be contacted and offered either a full refund or given a estimated delivery time for your order. 

We use a courier express delivery service for orders made within our local delivery region. Orders made outside of our delivery region are sent via Australia Post. 

Items listed on site will have either free shipping or a postage and handling fee listed on the checkout or item description.

International orders are subjected to a international postage & handling fee and usually recieved within 5-10 working days.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure postage address and details are correct as no refunds or reembursements will be given for items sent to the wrong address at the mistake of the customer.
