Refund Policy

We provide 30 days money back guarentee on non-defective, undamaged, unused and resalable products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange is complete. Items are not eligible for refund after the 30-day refund period has expired. Our Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All returned products (exchange or Refund) have to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization #) prior to return. Any returned product without a RMA # on package will not be processed.
